"I got an initial email that they would schedule with me soon. After 11 days, I emailed to ask if they had done the treatment. It apparently occurred a few days after that. I wasn't home when they came. I still don't know if they came for the 2nd treatment. Not enough communication. The grass does look better than usual though."

I should add that many companies would not do the work because they stated it was too small of a job or that they did not want to repair another company's poor work.
