The install crew was great and hard working. But some of the installed material came flawed and follow up calls have not been returned. I d be skeptical about their longevity if they re even operating anymore."

They had the best price and scope of work that needed to done. I was in contact with Alex Griener and a day after I received an estimate with the total price of 1850.00 and a discount of 50% showing a total of 925.00 which was promptly paid so the work could begin. After the work was completed I received another invoice for 925.00. I contacted Alex who proceeded to tell me the initial 925.00 was a down payment. I pointed out that a discount is a deduction from the price not a down payment. We went back and forth on text and he told me he was not trying to deceive me and sorry for the confusion, but this is the price it is. I am a senior citizen and every dollar matters. I would not recommend LUX Outdoors for any job and Im also asking ANGIs list to remove them from recommending them for any project. Not an honorable business!"
