"Ceil-Brite did an amazing job on our floors. Most of our house has engineered red oak hardwood floors except for one large 500sq ft room. We hired Ceil-Brite to install new red oak hardwood flooring to that one room, repair an area of existing flooring where we removed a built in, and re-sand and stain the rest of the downstairs of our house, including 17 steps. These guys had amazing attention to detail and made it all look like one floor. We even added an extra repair half way through the project which they didn’t bat an eyelid at. They said it was no problem and did an amazing job. It did add one more day to the project as it was a last minute change, but it was well worth it. Unlike other floor companies, Ceil-Brite applies 3 coats of polyurethane which adds to the quality and durability of the floor. I couldn’t be happier. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
