"Joel took our deposit, $7,682, stripped our roof and then left our home exposed during a rain storm. His excuse is the supplier was out of underlayment, we called the supplier and they had 78 rolls in stock. Then Joel refused to return any of the deposit, we have failed a claim against his bond and upon research found he has done this in the past and has a history of doing some work and taking money"
