"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

They updated me throughout the process on the status and kept me informed on when a change in plans had to be made (weather related). "Representative came out at the promised time and quoted the repairs.  He went above and beyond because it was raining at the time he stopped by.  He gave me a quote that was within my expectations and gave scheduled a date for the installation.  They actually called a few days before the scheduled install and stated they had an opening and asked if they could do the install early.  We agreed and the project was completed with no issues.
