They saved me tons of money by determining that the leak was a result of poor workmanship from the roofers that put in my new roof 4 years ago (the roofers had already ck'd & told me the roof was't the problem.) GMF took photos of the roof to show a dozen nail heads, and proof that the leak was not gutter damage. The took photos inside the attic to show the damage was not from the chimney flashing.
