The staff have always been polite, cheerful, helpful and professional. When I called to request an estimate to repair my hardscape paver steps and landings, a date was scheduled within a few days and a very knowledgeable Project Manager came to my house to assess and discuss why my hardscape paver steps were failing and offered solutions to repair them. A written estimate was sent via email within a matter of days. I was quite surprised at the completeness and clarity of the estimate. The proposal was very concise, neatly typed and accompanied by a professional CAD drawing of the project and what was to be done. The work crew started work promptly every morning, worked hard, respected my property and cleaned the work site at the end of each day. The Project Manager came to the work site a number of times to check the progress and checked with me to see if I had any questions. The crew did a great job with the final cleanup and even mulched my adjacent garden bed. I am absolutely satisfied with my project. The steps are solid and they look great. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies. The job took a day to do and it was all coordinated over email because of my schedule. I just left the gate unlock. It looks great and is everything I imagined. It was in very poor condition and when his team left it looked better than new! His team was also able to repair and rebuild the interior supports under the floor of the patio.
