"I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"

They showed me some patio pictures, helped me on the pattern design, and listened to my request for reuse some old bricks. The patio was done in the planned schedule, and look very nice. They did great job. One thing might be improved is the communication. They seems busy in the summer time. Sometimes, I didn't receive response or receive response late for emails and calls."

"When I left a review of MD Legacy last year for building a beautiful paver-stone pad, I wrote that I looked forward to calling Eric again in the spring for some additional work. And WOW--they just finished the new projects, which have completely transformed the entire perimeter of our house! We hired them to remove overgrown bushes along the front of our house and create new garden beds in their place, as well as lawn leveling and grass treatments.
