"Mark's employee arrived on time and got right to work. It was HOT (first week in September), but he worked tirelessly. After prepping the site, he cribbed the area, put in a good, deep stone base, then rebar, and poured the concrete. He figured just the right amount of drop from the house to the yard so that rain did not puddle near the door. I would estimate that the finished surface has no more than 1/8 of an inch variance from level all around - pretty nice.

Even though it was a very small project (removing a small concrete pad ~20 sq ft), they came quickly to estimate (very reasonable rates), then came back quickly when I was ready for the work to be done. They were here for a total of 50 minutes--but only so long because they had to hand carry all the scrap out up a hill and they helped me gather up 16 years of a rock pile (collected from gardening) and took that away too for me. Would not hesitate to recommend. They are going to give me a quote on leveling the dips and cracks on my concrete front porch and making it lovely and durable with an epoxy finish."

Their crew and management make sure everything is done just right. After a significant leak that damaged much of the bathroom, we hoped to get it back at least somewhat close to the quality it was before. Instead, we ended up with a much better bathroom: just as nice looking but also much more waterproofed and easier to clean and maintain. "They hauled away trash, but I was told by the lady that came they did not take construction debris. The deal specifically states: "Removal of just about anything around your home, office, retail space, rental unit, warehouse, storage unit or job-site including old furniture, office equipment, boxes, construction debris, yard waste, appliances and more." They would not remove sheet rock or construction debris in contractor bags. Because I had plenty of junk to be removed they did fill up their truck. This, however, is false advertising.
