"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I was up in the attic a few months ago and slipped and stepped on the ceiling of my daughters room.  A good quarter of the ceiling needed repair.  Having had Chris fix some water damage on my ceiling previously, I knew just who to call for this job,  Just as before, Chris and his team were prompt,cleaned up after themselves, did great  quality work in the repair. It wasn't even noticeable after they finished that I had messed up a good portion of ceiling. Good as new! Reasonably priced, on time, on quote, Quality work and they clean up after themselves! "I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder.
