He worked out in the rain to adjust my motion light over the garage because it was only going on when you were in front of the garage door. My front door had a door knob that was ancient and had no key. It was hard to get the old one off and he bought a beautiful brushed brass one to install and the same one for my door in the rec room. "Justin was great. He called us same day and was here to help us out within a half hour. He was very professional and saved a couple of senior citizens from the heat.
