"Very well! A storm blew a large tree branch onto the roof of our garage. I had their business card and called Advance Tree Service for a free quote, and the owner, himself, was at my house in 10 minutes! He was very busy that day with all the storm damage but made sure he and his crew took care of the heavy branch that same day, so the roof would not become further damaged. The remainder of the tree was unhealthy and took a couple more visits to be completely removed. They cleaned everything up just beautifully when they were finished. "Oh my goodness! The whole process could not have gone smoother. I was a little nervous about hiring someone but when Henry (I think that was his name) showed up he gave me an estimate to remove the tree and to grind the stump and since it seemed like a fair price so I decided then and there to have A 1 do the work.
