"Honest plumbing contractor! John and Antoinette (yes, a female plumber!) are local pros for sure. They offered a solution to our clogged sewer line that cost a small FRACTION of what a big name Bridgeville-based plumber quoted. They responded quickly to our call and were prompt, professional, fast. We will rehire them for ongoing maintenance and will definitely recommend them to others. Aquatec's proposed project plan started with inspection & involved snaking the pipe to clear debris; the terra-cotta pipe was obstructed by grass roots which prevented material from moving through the pipe. Total cost was a couple hundred dollars and 75 minutes. John and Antoinette explained possible scenerios and associated costs up front and kept me updated as they progressed. They recommended annual maintenance to remove roots, then cleaned up both outside and inside. The 'other' plumber's proposal was to inspect, then (A) pressure jet our aging terra-cotta pipes for nearly $2k, then (B) dig up the yard to replace the pipes of an additional estimated $4k. We were initially told that snaking the pipe was not an option. When the 'other' plumber learned of Aquatec's alternate proposal they offered to "price match" services. Shame. Thankfully we located Aquatec. John and Antoinette are honest, experienced and reliable for sure."

"Well let me tell yall to start I took a fat dump 2-3 hours or so lost track of time in there my phone died. I flushed it didnt go down also to add I had to flush while sitting there multiple times cause it filled up. It was coming back up out I ran over to my neighbors had them call Ethan him and Kevin came out Kevin started throwing up as soon as he walked in and had to step outside. I get it though it was bad I was beside Kevin. Ethan went in there and got that mofo unclogged and had it down the drain seemed like 10 minutes or so but I was upchucking last nights dinner out the other side at this point still. Ethan then referred me to clean up services whom came out and cleaned my bathroom up for me I just could not bring myself to it and had to tip them for bearing with the smell I felt so bad. They didnt make me feel embarrassed either about the situation. Will hire again next time I do this."

"They came to the house, evaluated the situation, asked lots of questions, came up with a game plan, and realized they didn’t have the tool needed for what was suspected as a vent issue with 2 toilets flushing slow. They came back the following day after confirming with us that this was not an emergency, otherwise he was going to come back the same day. It ultimately ended up being a clog in the toilet itself upstairs. Once it was cleared, the first floor toilet started working better too. They’re honest and did not charge me for the first initial evaluation, only for the work actually completed and at a very reasonable price. "I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He did a great clean up job and the price I believe to be very fair for coming out on a Friday night without any appointment. I will not hesitate to call these guys again for any drain problem."
