Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. In addition, Edwin is a great communicator! He promptly responded to all our calls and texts. O’Franco Roofing is a small business and the work crew are all company employees invested in quality work and service – not sub-contractors like most of the large roofing companies use. This was a very important aspect for us as it assured proper supervision and superior work. The job was done quickly and professionally with the crew taking great care to avoid damage to gutters, our deck or landscaping. The cleanup was outstanding, leaving no trace that such a major project was undertaken. "We are very happy with our choice of Robinson Roofing & Construction to replace our roof.  I sensed that I could trust Paul Robinson from our first conversation on the phone, and when he came to evaluate our roof and measure for the estimate I knew we had found our guy.  Paul is a certified roofing inspector and gave us a professional, honest appraisal of the condition of our roof, complete with pictures.  He did not try to push an insurance scheme like another company had.  I prefer to support small, locally owned businesses, and the care and attention Paul gave us would not have been matched by a large company.  They even offer a 5-year guarantee on workmanship - I didn't see anyone else standing behind their work to that degree.  His team of professional installers is obviously very skilled and I was impressed that they had been working with Paul for many years.  They protected the surroundings and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day to make sure no nails or other debris would cause issues.  Paul himself spent quite a bit of time at the jobsite and was always available to answer our many questions.  Paul emailed pictures of the progress daily so we could see exactly what was done.  The weather was unsettled during the time our job was completed, and the crew only tore off as much as they could cover in the same day to avoid exposing our home to the elements.

"Travis' roofing team showed up early and got to work.  The job went quickly and professionally.  The roofers were careful to clean up everything before they left.  They really did a good job I had another roofer come and inspect their work and he said everything was done correctly to uphold the shingles factory warranty.  Apparently many roofers cut cost by using an inferior top shingle for the ridge causing the shingle's warranty to be void.  
I would use Duraplex roofing in the future.

"Diego did great job replacing 2 turbo vent fans. Did it on a Saturday in light rain. He was very careful and explained what had to be done. It started pouring rain just after he finished and I did not detect any leaks. Highly recommend Bellman, seemed a little expensive but the work was first rate."
