"The service technician arrived on time, however he did not come to the front door.  He went into the back yard and knocked on the patio door.  He was very quiet and not very responsive to my questions.  He did not provide an estimate while he was on-site, he sent it three days later via email.  I also had him look at an area that leaks during the winter months.  He told me he would have to talk to his supervisor and he would get back to me.  I recieved an email approximately 1 week later, the estimate was not specific and the cost for the repair was quoted as a starting price, because they were unsure why the leak occurs. <br />"

"The doors were top quality and the installation and workmanship excellent. Dan gave me suggestions how to better a structurally sound patio door and extend its life. Friendly, easy to communicate with, took care of ordering, the delivery, the quick installation and cleaned up when finished. Would use and suggest the company with door and window projects which is what he specializes in and the doors were what I needed. I go out for estimates if I don't have a clue. I thought his pricing was competitive and fair for the service I got."
