Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. In addition, Edwin is a great communicator! He promptly responded to all our calls and texts. O’Franco Roofing is a small business and the work crew are all company employees invested in quality work and service – not sub-contractors like most of the large roofing companies use. This was a very important aspect for us as it assured proper supervision and superior work. The cleanup was outstanding, leaving no trace that such a major project was undertaken. With rain coming we were panicking, until I spoke to Tom. Tom had his crew here within 4 hours to patch up our roof, even though it was getting dark. What great service. Thanks Tom and the crew!!"

"We had water leaking from an exhaust vent in our bathroom after the last storm. I called Robinson Roofing and left a message. Paul Robinson, the owner, called me back a couple of hours later. We set a rough time to meet the next day since I would be home all day. Paul sent me a text message during that time window letting me know he was on his way. He was very nice and personable. He took pictures of the vents on our roof and said all of our exhaust vents needed to be sealed (which was not surprising since it is an older home). We agreed on a price and he did the work right away. He also swept off the tree debris that had collected in the valleys of the roof and cleaned off the gutters. Just to be nice, he even swept off the front porch and drive. He took pictures of all work both before and after and showed us the pictures. He explained that all work comes with a one year guarantee and said he would email that in writing along with a receipt later that day.
We are very pleased with the work that was done. Mr. Robinson was very nice and professional. The work was fast and very affordable. If we have any other roofing issues in the future, we will definitely have the work done by Robinson Roofing.

"Diego did great job replacing 2 turbo vent fans. Did it on a Saturday in light rain. He was very careful and explained what had to be done. It started pouring rain just after he finished and I did not detect any leaks. Highly recommend Bellman, seemed a little expensive but the work was first rate."
