Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. "The team constructed a vertical laundry dryer vent stack that exited through the roof and 2 bath fan roof vents and ducts on each side of my duplex. They worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. The dryer vent stack replaced vents installed in the slab foundation that had rotted away. Now my laundry dries fast and my baths do not have steamed up mirrors anymore.
