"Great work, on time completion and reasonable cost. 625 SF of underlay replacement and 500SF of roof wood panel replacement."

"New exterior paint on house and repaired rotten wood. Replaced siding on garage, installed 2 windows and painted. I am happy with the results, the commitment to the time line and professionalism"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"They were efficient, cleaned up well after themselves, polite, happy to do anything I asked of them. Most of all, my roof looks absolutely fantastic. My detached garage looked like a boat in the middle, drastic slope from rafters that had too much weight on them from a previous owner storing carpet up there. These guys took it all apart, replaced any broken wood, reinforced everything. They extended the roof (per my request) on both ends by 12" overhang to keep rain away. They trimmed everything out so it had a nice finished look to it. Their price was fair. They made sure I was happy with everything. Four dormers and five vents were also installed for ventilation, and i got a gutter on one side. Dean Miller was very good at responding to any calls or questions. I highly recommend this company."

"Very happy with the work both roofing replacement and flashing repair. Would definitely use again."

"The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

"I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Titanium Roof Innovations Inc. for my recent asphalt shingles roof replacement. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and courteous. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and always kept me informed of their progress. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and I'm confident that my new roof will last for years to come. I highly recommend Titanium Roof Innovations Inc. for anyone in need of roofing services."

"We hired Frontline Roofing to repair and install a new roof. We were extremely happy with their work and with how they showed up on time early and kept everything neat and clean. We had some if our eaves and Korbels repaired and They did an excellent job. We have a 10 year warranty but I'm sure we won't need to call them as they were very thorough and take pride in their work. We highly recommend them if you need any work done on your roof."
