He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"We were doing this work through the demands of our home insurance company and so needed to have it done in the winter, even though winter is not a good time to have any kind of patch put on the chimney. We got estimates from several contractors, both individuals and companies and felt that the explanation and price offered by Jeffery Kells with Hearth and Home was reasonable and his willingness and availability to do the work promptly sealed the deal. The quality of the work and the punctuality and courtesy with which it was performed were very good. <br /> My only complaints are with Hearth and Home the company, rather than the people who completed the work. Firstly, Hearth and Home charged us $108 for a visit that I thought was just an estimate. This is not good. If you are going to charge clients for a visit, that should be clear at the time the appointment is made, not after the fact. Secondly, after charging us, we did not hear back from Hearth and Home until WE called them asking for the estimate for the work. <br /> But, as I mentioned, these complaints have to do with the business end of things with Hearth and Home. I would recommend Jeffery Kells as a contractor without hesitation. <br />"
