If you ever come in contact with this contractor run they will take your deposit start and will not finish then they will block your phone number so you can't get in contact with them. Do not hire this contractor for anything. Communication is horrible."

Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage.
