"Javier and his team was wonderful to work with from the beginning. We contacted him and he came out the same day to look at what we were wanting to do. He found us the exact flooring that matched what we already had down in the house. They were there putting down our new floors within a week of contacting them. They came that morning at the time they said and completed the job that evening. They were very efficient and cleaned up as they went along. The floors were so beautiful and we were so pleased. We are thinking about doing the other two room that still have carpet now that they turned out so well. We thank them very much for doing such a beautiful job for us."

"I needed my old wood floors refinished in a hurry to get my house on the market. Javier rearranged his schedule to start the next day and even worked over the weekend to finish on time and on budget. He and Noel were punctual, professional and friendly. They even moved furniture to keep the project on schedule! Javier followed up throughout the project and afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. My floors look 100% better my realtor is thrilled! I would hire Javier again in a heartbeat."

"My wife and I were remodeling our house and searching for a local company to remove the carpet in a few of our rooms and refinish the original hardwood floors. We contacted Macarena Hardwood Floors and Fernando was very responsive and promptly came out to give us an estimate, explain the process, and provide us with options. We made an appointment for them to do the work. They showed up on time and finished the job within the estimated timeframe. During the process, they were very careful to protect our furnishings and other areas of the house. The area was thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with our beautifully refinished hardwood floors. Fernando and Manuel were very professional from beginning to end and we plan to use them again once we're ready to refinish the floors in our other rooms."

"Brian, the franchise owner, was great! He walked me through everything. I didn’t feel pressured to make any final decisions. I took my time and met with other companies but I came back to Brian because as a small business owner he wanted to make sure I was satisfied. The floor crew who worked on my project were professional, did an excellent job cleaning up and anyone who has had carpet taken up you know it’s very dusty. I would highly recommend him and we love our floors and new baseboards! We get compliments anytime someone comes into our home. Great Job!"

"He has done several jobs and he does excellent work. He stands behind his work and is very reliable. He has put in vinyl plank flooring and I have had no problems with his work. I would highly recommend him and I would hire him again."

"Shane was extremely responsive and very helpful in the planning phase while I tried to determine what all I wanted renovated. I had several contractors complete estimates and he was the only one that did an in depth inspection. Because of the age of my house, my old bathtub was smaller than the tubs available today. He was the only contractor that realized I would have to have a wall moved to put in a new tub. No one else had factored that into their estimates. Shane and his associates removed an old vanity, cabinet, tub, surround, toilet, and floor. He created a custom shower based on pictures I found on the internet. They laid new tile floor, put in a shower pan, built and tiled the custom walls for the shower, created a built-in bench in the shower, plus installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, mirror, and hardware. Part of my existing walls were plaster that had already been covered by sheetrock, but they were so beat up that he put up a layer of bead board to give them a new, clean surface. Shane and his workers were always friendly and worked hard to get the project finished. It took a little longer than expected, but I think it was mainly due to unforeseen circumstances outside of their control. For me, as important as the quality of the work, was the patience and willingness to work with me on the details that really set this company apart. He always answered any question I had about what they were working on or why something had to be done a certain way. They were respectful of my space and even made sure my animals were ok during the day while they were working and I was gone. I have referred them to others already and will definitely use them for more renovations in the future."

"Well, until they left. Randy was to return to 1) replace a cast iron shower pan that cracked during installation 3) fix the buckled vinyl flooring his crew put in one bathroom and the pantry and 3) mount a chimney cap. Never did. But the worst is that Randy took a 200 year old slab of old-growth pine (approximately 30" wide by 42" long by 2.5" thick) salvaged from my great-great-grandparents' home and promise me a coffee table. TWO YEARS LATER I CAN'T EVEN GET THE SLAB BACK."
