"Matt came over and started on the job. While stripping the old paint off of the tub (it had been refinished before) he discovered the drain was corroded and needed to be replaced prior to refinishing. Matt stopped his work and I had to summon a plumber to replace the drain. It was a major pain and it took some time as the drain had been in there for over 20 years. Matt came back one week later and finished the job. I was not charged extra for the second trip and the bathtub came out beautiful. Matt kept us informed during the entire job and explained the process. We were very happy with the results and highly recommend Great Lakes Refinishing.

"We were very pleased. Because our cabinets were originally stained, extra work was required to cover over the grain of the wood. Mark was prompt in getting the work done. The work was rather extensive. Mark put in several days worth of work, he was neat. Care was taken not to paint beyond the borders of the cabinets. We are pleased with the results and the 'new' look of our cabinets which we hope will give us years of additional use.
