They asked before doing something if they were unsure to make sure we were completely happy with the job. The best part was when they left I noticed a small area that they forgot; however, I called about a 1/2 hour later and he came right back because he wanted to make sure the job was done 100% complete to our satisfaction. These are the kind of people I always want working on or in our home.
