When I mentioned to his workers, the next day he brought topsoil with a lot of wood particles and other stuff which is known to suffocate grass seed. Its been about 6 weeks now and the lawn is patchy because of the poor quality of the soil (stony and full of chips). I called to discuss it with him, he said he would return my call but he never did. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite."

"Millenium Irrigation was perfect for what my husband and I were looking for in terms of getting suggestions on how to keep our grass health and green. They fixed our sprinkler system and replaced sprinkler heads that were broken or either missing. They also recommand that we install a rain system as a back up to our sprinkler system so that our lawn would not be over watered. They were professional and knew their business very well. It went very well overall.  This contractor was chosen by our landscaper but we paid Peachtree Irrigation directly.  It took three men one day to install.  They did not interact with me much but just did the job.  We didn't have any choice in the brand or type of system installed but we were pleasantly surprised that it included a rain sensor.  At the end of the day, one of the men programed the system and explained to me how to change the program.  They returned to adjust the angle on some of the spray heads so it did not get as much on the street.  They returned to replace a valve cover that I destroyed the first time I mowed the lawn.  It was not securely fastened down and met the business end of my mower when the mower wheel tipped it up.  A section a our new sod (about 9 sq ft.) died because the sprinklers were not hitting it.  We didn't realize it until it was too late.  They returned to adjust the heads so that that section is watered and our landscaper replaced the patch of dead sod.  We need to contact them again because there seems to be a problem with the control unit.  It seems to start the program over again and not shut off.  We just turn it off manually.  I expect that it is something simple to fix that they will address. 

The reason I gave a "B" in quality was the need for repeated visits to get the heads aimed correctly.  Perhaps that is common but it was too bad that some sod died because of it.  They were very responsive to all of our calls and very professional.
