Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. "Easily my best experience with construction projects! I have an old house that has some suboptimal drainage system: some gutter downspouts directly pour onto the ground next to the foundation walls, and some downspouts are connected with an underground pipe system that does not drain very well. Josue and his team provided a very thoughtful plan with every detail in the contract, and swiftly finished the whole project in less than 2 weeks. The whole job includes quite some digging to implement 2 underground water pipe systems that navigate all the way to 30ft away from the house, plus additional gutter downspout installation. Besides, Josue assured 100% customer satisfaction: he is super active during the whole process, almost visiting the site himself everyday, and answered every single of my questions"
