"I needed to do a full remodel of 3 apartments that I manage. I was flooded with calls from different contractors that wanted to come out and quote the job. From the first phone call I knew my experience with FSP contractors would be different from the others who wanted to quote me out. Fred is the owner and most of other contractors would have someone from the sales office call me to setup an appointment, it was refreshing to hear from Fred from the start. Fred quoted me out my remodeling job with precise and detailed pricing, that included breakdowns for each scope of job. Then he and I had a phone call to go over each item and made sure everything made sense. Fred’s team of workers including himself were all great. His team was on time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. They always listened to my concerns and always explained any changes or issues that came up to make sure I knew what was going on. Fred was often working on the job site along with his team. Very refreshing these days. Fred and his team finished my remodel close to our expected end date. I was so happy with the work of the first 3 units, I asked FSP to do another unit when a tenant moved out. That job was completed even faster as all the kinks were worked out from the first 3. I would recommend FSP to anyone that needs a kitchen or bathroom remodel. Fred and his team are great."

"Roger was a wonderful leader for this project and went well beyond what was expected, even accompanying me on trips to the suppliers when I needed design help. His team were prompt, efficient and easy to work with as well, also going beyond expectations. After offering to clean up an existing skylight, they discovered that it was not actually connected to the roof! Now it is clean and safely fixed in its place. As the Covid closures loomed, the team worked extra hard to finish the job quickly, but remained neat and diligent throughout. I am super pleased with the results of this bathroom remodel and will definitely contract with Mt. Tam Construction for our next project."

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
