"I was very happy with the repair work done on our roof, by Madison Roofing. There had apparently been an ice dam several years ago, and the repair done then, was not done properly. I noticed a similar repair that was done on a home in my neighborhood, so I knocked on the door to ask who had done it. This repair although only seen from street level, appeared to stand far above what I had on my home. The material used actually was a close match to his existing shingles. Mine was WHITE! While I was on the roof, I also had noticed the outlet for my dryer was plastic, and of course was cracked all the way around. Madison replaced that with a vent that was not only metal, but was sized right for proper venting flow. This is very important in a vertically placed dryer vent. I only rated a B on response because it did take a while to get on the schedule, but I am finding this to be true with all trades here locally. There simply is a lot of work in this area right now, and one should not expect anything to be done the next day. I have no doubt however, if this had been a serious issue with the roof actually leaking, Madison would have been here promptly to repair the problem. Thanks Madison, the issue is resolved."

"The work was spread out over several days due to weather interruptions, but I appreciated they didn't push to finish anything unless the temperature/weather was ideal to do the job properly. They even came back immediately to tarp their newly finished work when a sudden rainburst came through. My only complaints would be that I was surprised they didn't recommend the caps until I asked about them, (which I was only lucky someone else had mentioned to me), and with small kids at home I wasn't always sure exactly when they'd show up and worried about disrupting nap times. They were very polite, left things tidy each time they came, and gave us a bid almost 5X less than one of the bigger outfits doing chimneys in town. Nick was also timely about returning my calls, which is more than I can say for a couple others I reached out to."

"It's been awesome and they just finished yesterday. Redgie is right on top of things and my house looks awesome. They were all very positive and Redgie got right back to me. I had no idea what it entailed and when they told me it would take a couple of days it took longer, but that was because the guy who actually does the stuccoing was talking about putting on the first coat. We got it all straightened out and he was just awesome. Redgie wrote up a very professional contract and I'll make the final payment today on it. I thought it was an awesome experience. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "I called several companies and got several bids that were all over the board.  The unit that needed to be installed had already been previously sized so I knew what was needed.  Several places tried to up-sell and tell me that it was OK to have a larger unit. Richard, the owner of The Trade Source understood the sizing and nailed the tonnage needed so i knew he was legitimate. He provided me with a detailed and very reasonable bid.  We kept in touch and he worked with my busy schedule to find a good time for the install.  His customer service was off the charts.  I have had a lot of subcontractors over the last year and I must say that Richard was a pleasure to work with, a very polite person.  The install went without any problems and they left the house as clean as when they arrived.  I would recommend getting a bid from Richard, I don't think you will be disappointed.  I know my wife and I are very happy with the goods and services provided.  Check out his BBB rating. <br />"

"Took about 3 hours to receive a call back from my initial call. At that point, he was able to offer options for trapping and hand-catching a large garter snake in my back yard and came out promptly. In my case, the snake had been in one location for an extended period and he was able to quickly catch it."
