"Before purchasing the home, a whole house fan was installed. In order to add increased vent capacity, 5 roof vents were added but they were installed incorrectly and began to leak. I called Roofing Connection and they came out to quote the vent repair. While on the roof, it was discovered that 3 vent stacks that were recently replaced by another roofer had been incorrectly installed (crack on crack with felt showing.) With a quote for the all the repairs, Roofing Connection came out the next day and completed 85% of the work. Due to inclement weather, two additional trips were necessary.
