"Well, I'll start with the salesman. He scheduled with me and arrived promptly/on time! He didn't waste any time and gave me all the details and answered all my questions in a very short time! This wasn't his first presentation! He was very patient with my son and I as we asked our questions!
The installers came out on the day scheduled as well! They were a young crew (Javon and his crew) and were the nicest young men! They told me everything they were doing and worked hard, no wasting time here either! They WORKED the whole time they were at my house. There were a few times when it started raining pretty hard and they had to wait it out in my garage. Also, part of my roof is very high and very steep and they weren't able to access it with the normal tall ladders! All this led to the need to return on a second day to complete the job. Javon returned with his crew and 2 other crews as well! Again, all were the very nicest and polite and professional young men that I could have asked for! They were determined to finish the job and brought several really long ladders. And a harness to protect from falling! These young men all worked together very well, getting things and assisting as needed. They were able to finish the installation! The electricians came out the same day of the final install. Again, the most polite gentlemen! They were very professional and gave me confidence in that they really knew their job! My house posed particular issues with the wiring and they were not able to finish the job on this day. They worked very hard till they came up with a solution that both works for the solar panels and that I'm happy with. I'm confident that they will return in two days to complete the connection process. I couldn't be happier with the work done and timely manner in which everything is being taken care of!
