I am so pleased with the great job he did from start to finish. 1) He contacted me a week before the job was to be done to suggest that he could come the day before to see what the job entailed 2) He showed up on time (7:00 AM) with all the tools necessary to complete the job. 3) He put plastic sheeting over the carpet to keep it clean. 4) He didn't complain about having to make several trips down 3 floors to his truck to plane and miter the doors. 5) He spent longer on the job than planned and didn't make an issue of it, or increase his bid. 6) He offered to install the hardware that I had intended on doing myself (and did a better job than I would have). 7) He was polite and respectful of being in my home. They left the bottom or a repaired balcony unpainted -- all the work they did was excellent and the person who did the work was wonderful. They did work with us to try to resolve the issue, and I put it on us for not having the work order clearer, but it was disappointing."
