"Udi, and his team, just completed a two-week roofing job for me, and I'm a happy customer. The roof needed a great deal of work, including full replacement or sistering of quite a few rafters, replacement of all plywood-sheathing around the edges of the roof, with a complete roof overlay of additional sheathing to meet current code requirements, replacement of all fascia where the gutters go, a new full roofing solution, new venting, sealing around the new wood, priming all new wood, full painting of my fascia, and new gutters. Udi came by every morning to personally check on progress and handle all of my questions and concernn, all of which were dealt with quickly, and to my satisfaction. The roofing team left my roof looking really nice, and Gil, who handled detail work and painting, did a beautiful and meticulous job. The gutter team was also great. "Reign Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. The project involved replacing the clay tiles at the front of the house, as well as tar and gravel on one level and bitumen on another. We opted for Asphalt Shingles on the front and torch-down bitumen for the other sections of the roof. We obtained five bids, and Reign Roofing’s bid was in the middle range. However, we chose them primarily due to the excellent communication with Adam, the owner. His bid was detailed, and he was always willing to answer our questions and make adjustments to meet our needs. The project started and finished on schedule. Reign Roofing has distinct, specialized crews for each aspect of the job, including the flat roof crew, shingle crew, sheet metal crew, and gutter crew. These teams worked in a well-coordinated manner, with each crew seamlessly handling their part of the job. The site foreman closely monitored every phase, ensuring everything ran smoothly."

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."
