He came out the same day I called him and had it repaired. No charge, of course. A year or two later another older house I own and rent developed a moisture problem. He came out on the same day I called him. He spent 1.5 hours on the job investigating the source of the leak and then repaired it. Didn't charge me anything because I was one of his "customers". "After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. They found a problem causing them to use straps that nailed into the roof to hold the gutter in place, and Ron did not charge anything extra for using them. The old gutter was removed and we were very happy with the new gutter. I would definitely hire JSR again and would recommend them to others."
