"After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. They found a problem causing them to use straps that nailed into the roof to hold the gutter in place, and Ron did not charge anything extra for using them. The old gutter was removed and we were very happy with the new gutter. I would definitely hire JSR again and would recommend them to others."

and he finished those in time for my new tenants move date.
Though I didn't gave Jimmy a specific budget.  He did meet my expectations with regard to the budget I set for myself.

"Rob was great to work with. He's reliable and resourceful, communicates consistently, and most important, REALLY cares about doing a complete, quality job. Had some trouble scheduling because jobs he was working on before mine ran into unexpected issues, and he wanted to make sure he completed those jobs right before moving on to mine. I didn't love the delays, but it was good to know he'd do the same for me if my job ran into problems. It didn't -- everything went great and he got the jobs done in less time than he had originally quoted, saving me some money. Would definitely recommend him for any job.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
