"Kensy can do it all, and FAST! He's helped me in the past with installing my water heater, fixing power outlets, replacing light switches, etc. Today, I had a leak in my garage and Kensy came to the rescue. He arrived on time, as promised and was quickly able to figure out the source of the leak. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis and walked me through what needed to be done. He was able to get it all fixed within an hour. I highly recommend Kensy if you're looking for someone who's professional, efficient and reliable! He's a jack of all trades! Thank you, Kensy!"

"The repair person came to the house to repair my oven. We found out the control panel was no longer functional. The control panel is quite expensive and the repair person suggested we just get a new appliance. We will be doing that in the near future. a new appliance. We do not need the oven in the heat now so it is ok to wait to make the purchase."

" Both my washer and dryer went out on the same day. Incredible. I spoke with Allan Brown of Cold Appliance to get things fixed. All I can say is Mr Brown should be called MR Gold because that's the sort of service he provided. He found the trouble with the washer in about 5 minutes and suggested we test the trouble with the dryer by disconnecting the vent, That didn't work so he returned and diagnosed the dryer trouble very quickly as well. He advised us that it was best to purchase a new dryer.  ( The old one was in  place when we bought the house seven years ago). He even suggested a no-frills brand.
As a service to his customers, he has prepared a booklet on helpful maintenance tips for various appliances.
Very friendly and I was very satisfied with his fee. Thank you Allan   !!!!!
