Thinking we had forgotten to pay them, we paid it - a $1680 overpayment. When we realized this, we contacted them multiple times, sent them proof of payment, and requested our money to be returned. They have repeatedly told us they would refund the money, but never have. This has been going on for over a month. Their latest communication said our payment would be in our bank on 12/9. Still no money. They are trying to keep our money."

"Contacted DPI and spoke with Robert Owner/Manager. He asked me to describe the work which was to adjust two doors foe deadbolts and remove/replace one 10 foot downspout. He said they could do it and asked how soon I wanted it done. I said 2 weeks--he said, how about today, I said I'll be available at 2 PM, he said the crew will be there at 2 PM. The crew showed at exactly 2 PM, I showed them the work and they started immediately. An hour and 15 minutes later, they finished and were driving away. Everything was done toi my satisfaction, I appreciated they arrived right on time and their industriousness in getting the work done. The price was by the manhour and material cost extra--Fair Price. I would call DPI again--than ks for the timeliness and thewell executed work."
