"The HVAC tech Jay was everything a homeowner could wish for in a contractor. He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. He tried everything he could think of to repair the condenser before telling us it needed to be replaced. He didnâ t do what others would and just give us a price, he gave us options as far as equipment was concerned & the different price points. The folks at AAA HVAC went above and beyond with our system. What started out as a simple Condenser replacement turned out to be needing an entirely new HVAC system because the old system was completely mismatched & undersized for the size of the house & condenser we have, causing all kinds of problems. Including our original condenser dying in under 5 years. Long story shorter, it was an unexpected financial hit and they not only inspected, quoted & replaced everything within a day, they worked with me on financing. Jay even returned the very next day to fill out the invoice with all model & serial numbers that was requested by the manufacturers for any future warranty repairs, just registering the equipment on line was not good enough. I would without a secondâ s hesitation recommend AAA HVAC & Jay. I look forward to working with them on all our Future HVAC needs."

"John did a great job with a difficult job of moving laundry to the second floor in an older home. Would recommend."

"I use them only because they cover my warranty. They give you an appointment for days after you call them you wait days for the part to fix it and to install it. They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company"

"Communication was timely, the job was done right and on time. There is nothing more I could ask for in my minor project (install shower/tub faucets in a high rise apartment building). I would hire them again."

"Fred, from B & F Plumbing and Heating contacted us the first day of our inquiry and visited us to scope and price the work to be done within 24 hours. We discussed the work we needed and also mentioned some of the other work issues raised by other plumbing companies. Without being in the least judgmental, he expressed that in his opinion, some of those items were not really necessary, explained why, and provided a detailed competitive estimate. We must say that it was a most pleasant surprise to have a company state that it really wasn't necessary for us to pay for more than we needed or had been quoted by others. We were under a short timeline and Fred not only met our needs but also took care of another modest issue found during the contracted work at no additional charge. Should be again need plumbing work, Fred will be our first call. We highly recommend him and his company"

"They did an exceptional job replacing my manufactured home furnace/central AC/thermostat despite encountering some problems removing the 30 year old system. And they got it all done in a day!"

"Woke up to my water heater spraying water like a fountain—definitely not how you want to start the day. NJ Plumbing and Heating Guys responded within 10 minutes of me reaching out, scheduled a visit right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Elvis was efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful. He clearly explained what went wrong and what was needed to fix it, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair, and everything was repaired the same day. Elvis is the man—I’m super grateful for his help. I highly recommend NJ Plumbing and Heating Guys. They’ve officially become my go-to plumbers for any future needs."
