He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

"I was so happy with the idea of a no dig repair by NuFlow. Friendly and professional crew, but... 5 years later I started having issues again. They sent someone to do a "wellness" check. Apparently the repair was not complete, they stopped 15' short of where it needed to be. Now tree roots are causing a problem at the opposite end of the pipe. Instead of completing the repair, they quoted $7,010 to finish the remainder of the pipe. I don't feel that it should cost me more to complete what I thought was already done. Penny Hunter "
