Chase was very knowledgeable and he made recommendations which we adopted. They were about 5 weeks out based on their scheduling which was fine with us. Chase k kept us informed on the starting date and throughout the project. Crew was hard working and courteous and cleaned up property when finished. I would definitely use them again!!"

The only other comment I would make is there was no call from the sales rep regarding status of the special order or a follow-up call by the sales rep after the installation. I had to call her to get status even though she told me she would call me. The follow-up call after the installation wasn't not necessary since the installer did a great job, but it was expected."

He gave me good advise on what would need to be done.  My yard is not the normal shape or size of others in my neighborhood. And the previous owners had allowed full grown trees to grow up between the fences. "First off the quality of work was outstanding and I felt the price was fair for the work.  The problem that I have is that in October 2014 a wind storm blew down part of my fence.  Esterday was recommended by the Mason that repaired the mason work that was also damaged.  The Mason had subcontracted that out for me and had to keep calling to get them to come and just replace the downed fence.  I then decided to replace the rest of the fence, so that it would match and put in an automated gate.  Bob the owner came to my house, who is a very nice man by the way, gave me an estimate.  Said that he had to finish up some other jobs on new constructions, this was before Christmas.  It was Feburary and I contacted them then they decided they would get the work done.  Bob told me that someone from his office would call and let me know when they were coming and that never happened.  I would never know when they were coming until they just showed up and started working. They did all of the work in phases and this happened every phase, Bob would say we'll call you to let you know when we will come back but never got a call or email, which they had.  <br /> Again, let me reinterate that the quality of the work is excellent, no pre-fab, all hand cut, this was a privacy fence.  The gate is ornamental, very pretty.  Bob is a very nice man easy to talk to and deal with.  Pretty sure the problem that I had is with his office staff or whom ever was supposed to keep me apprised of the work.  Also, I think the companies bread and butter is new construction and working with new subdivision development, so the individual job is just fluff and not as important as getting work done for these big construction companies. <br /> <br />"

"In every dimension they wildly exceeded my greatest expectations. The stone work was perfection. They trenched and set each stone in concrete and then applied the mortar. After the mortar had set up they hand brushed and smoothed each joint. They had come by the week befor and killed all the grass. They removed the grass, added top soil and tilled it in. They sought my input on plant location and made sure I was satisfied and installed 2-3 inches of mulch when done. As for the Palram polycarbonate roof on my patio the installation was highly detailed and the toughest part was trimming the 45 foot curved edge. Travis said this was his 40th install but his toughest challenge finishing out the curved edge. All I can say is he nailed it. He even went back and hand trimmed the edge in order to remove the flashing leaving a perfect edge. Once he was done he water tested the roof to ensure there were no leaks. Nine years earlier they had installed a stone & boulder landscaing along the front of my house. Over time some of the mortar joints had cracked. They removed the cracked mortar and reploaced it at no additional charge. This is a company that takes pride in their work and it shows in everything they do from design, to installation to clean up. They covered details I would not have even thouht to address. I didn't take roofing pictures or the front stone work but it turned out great. Three of my neighbors were so impressed they are getting bids for their yards."
