"I called Young's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning very early and expected to get an answering service and have to wait for a call back. Imagine my surprise when a plumber answered the phone and was at my house about 30 or 45 minutes later. They were here for about 2 minutes and found the source of the problem. It took them a very short amount of time to fix the problem. They then went above and beyond their jobs by cleaning up the water caused by the broken water line and the additional mess you will find under a refrigerator that hasn't been moved in awhile because I am disabled. "Kerlin is an absolute dream to work with. He was my second plumber for the day. Silly me, I had a different company out and we politely dismissed them before they started any work and called world class pros instead. After arriving for estimate, Lewis was able to arrange to have heater delivered and installed the same day when we thought it would be a day or so later. Without question we will use Lasiter and Lasiter again and recommend them without question. When we had problems with the city inspector showing up, Lasiter and Lasiter went out of their way to contact the city a second and I believe a third time and kept me well informed of the inspectors final arrival time.
