He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days. Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! While he was here he gave us information about other services that they do such as tile cleaning and recaulking and duct cleaning. We plan to have them do both! Great experience all around! "would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."
