We set up a time that same day where the two guys came to my house, located and caught the squirrel, put it in a trap and took it with them. They were knowledgeable and professional and their fees extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again."

"I pay $137/mo for quarterly service. The technician used bug spray from an aerosol can to do the walls of the interior basement. He did not do an exterior service. It snowed yesterday and there are no foot tracks in the snow around the house. The prior service, they did not spray outside either. This is ridiculous. Probably why I have really large spiders coming in the house. This branch is a joke and I'm stuck in a contract where I have to pay but they don't have to provide me with the appropriate level of standard service?? I want them to cancel the contract, stop charging me, and never come back."
