William was very helpful and professional . Typical response time was in one day with any questions or concerns we had. The laborers who installed the fence left garbage all around our property after completing the work. After being contacted to make the final payment, William with Goodrow's reach out in response stating he would come and pick up any garbage and materials left behind by the workers. William completed picking up all of the materials left behind and the garbage on a Saturday. The over all experiance with William has left us satisfied customers!"

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. "Russ had originally put on a new roof and gutters back in Feb 2008. He did a fantastic job at a very competitive price. I'm kind of a high maintenance gal and he was great answering all my questions and doing everything just how I wanted it.  I already referred him to a neighbor and he has been equally happy.  Both roofs have held up great.   Since than I had some remodeling done on my house which included two new bathrooms, a kitchen, and new plumbing.  It involved adding some vents to the roof.  Needless to say the general contractor didn't do a great job on the roof vents and it was compromised as a result.  After a few big rains I knew I needed to call Russ.  I emailed him and he came out within the week and fixed everything properly.  So happy for the quick response and willingness to fix someone else's mistake.  Thank you Russ!
