Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. "They original price was not all inclusive. The price went from approximately 15,000 to 25,000. They stated that all boards on the roof required replacement. Funny, they just happened to have that amount on their original delivery of product. Additionally, they left a huge mess because a dumpster wasn't delivered to the just dropped everything on the side of the yard. Their estimator that it was good to get confrontational with me while picking up the final payment. I was complaining about the above. I personally wouldn't not recommend them. "

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
