"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."

"This review starts way back in the fall of 2003. That's right, we hired Mike and his Everlast company to add aluminum fascia and vinyl soffits to our house in Naperville. Things went well but after several years I noticed that there were gaps forming where the soffit met the fascia, especially on some of the angled roof areas. I never thought about calling Mike as I assumed we would be stuck as he would either blow us off or he was no longer in business in Naperville. Fast forward to the Spring of 2019 and the relentless hailstorm we suffered around Memorial Day and I found myself looking for a reputable contractor to call. While reviewing the Next Door app I noticed a few people recommending Mike and Everlast. Reviews were excellent so I figured I would give him a call. Boy, am I glad I did! Mike met with me and my wife within 24-hours of my call and immediately apologized for what happened over time to the original work that they had done. He said he would redo the work at no cost as he offers a lifetime warranty, regardless of whether our insurance claim would get approved for hail damage. After meeting with Mike I contacted my insurance carrier to file a claim. Mike’s internal adjuster / expert met with the insurance company adjuster and we were on our way to getting a new roof installed. Mike’s team kept me informed and were extremely professional in dealing with the insurance company on my behalf. A short time later Mike contacted me and gave me a date for the roof work and sure enough they arrived on time, completed the work, and cleaned up as if it had never happened. Then, Mike arranged to have his siding crew come out to repair / replace the fascia and soffit that was separating. As a gesture of goodwill, he also agreed to have them hang new shutters for us as well as new light fixtures that we purchased. I cannot tell you how thrilled we are with the work and the fact that Mike was true to his word that he guaranteed the work for life. That to me brings true meaning to the name of his company, EVERLAST!"
