"Set up an appointment for an initial 10 minute phone call to talk about what we wanted. Tom ended up spending 25 minutes with us and answered a ton of questions. We subsequently set up an appointment for an initial pre-build inspection of the foundation, framing, roof, and windows. Tom was very thorough. He obviously knew his stuff. Pointed out several items that needed addressing before the insulation and walls went up. Couldn’t be happier with the amount of time he spent, how thorough he was and how much he listened to all my stupid questions and answered them in a language that I could understand. "It is really a nice experience to work with John and Kevin. Our house has a funny foundation. There is a block in the middle and half of the house has radon and the other half does not have much.
