Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Erie, CO

"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. They are honest and hard working, will definitely give a referral or use for any future projects on our house. Glad I found this team. "Luis Reyes was very pleasant and professional. He had great knowledge of deck building and repair. He did an outstanding job !"

"The team did a great job making some repairs to our wooden deck and gazebo. Knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and cleaned up the work area very well. Will work with them again and recommend to others."

"Had Wayne come out to assess some doors and weatherstripping that needed repair. He was polite and knowledgeable, and spent the time to understand my budget and needs. Sent a quote over in a timely manner, but I decided to wait to do the repairs until a later date. I contacted him again a few months later for a re quote and to hire for the work, but he was very inconsistent about getting back to me, and never tried to reschedule any time for me. Had high hopes, but unfortunately would not recommend due to inconsistent and unreliable followup/scheduling."

"Juan did an excellent job on my home repair. He was fast and friendly. I will hire him again. ~Marvina~"

"GreenHouse did a fantastic job on our new deck and porch from beginning to end. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. I highly recommend them and would happily hire them again!"
