"Mr. Medeiros was very easy to talk to and exchange ideas. He communicated well - in person and online - and his written work was well laid out. His references were easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions. We, in the end, went with another architect, for various small reasons. None of which were because we felt that Mr. Medeiros wouldn't provide all that we needed. It was a tough decision. If you are looking for an architect that will design your dream project thoroughly and professionally, you should take the time to meet with Mr. Medeiros."

"Marc is an incredible architect and was instrumental in getting our project back on track with the City of Denver. He was always available to answer our questions, brainstorm ideas, helped us navigate Denver building code, and provided some very strong guidance about the building and permitting process. He delivered our project/plans on time and on budget, including a super quick review and approval process with the city. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Excellent experience with Baker Building Services! Brant was involved in every step of the project and was at our house about every day overseeing the full kitchen remodel. His team - from demo to finishing- was extremely professional. Any questions I had either Brant or someone on his team quickly and clearly answered. Itâ s apparent everyone at Baker Building services takes great pride in their work. Very pleased with our kitchen remodel."

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."
