"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. Gabriel and his crew did absolutely amazing work, they were meticulous, precise, and clean. The whole team really took an out of box idea and delivered on it at 100%. I’m truly so lucky to have found this group and have already spoken to them about future projects. "They entered the home with drop cloths to capture any debris. Used vac to contain the soot. The fireplace had not been tended to since 2004 when we purchased the home. The home has been under major renovations and just recently became livable. We were surprised by the condition of the fireplace due to age and neglect. Greg provided a quote to repair and gave alternatives if we chose to not use the fireplace as a wood burning fireplace. All of the dirty work was contained and they left the area beautifully cleaned when work was completed. They were thorough, quick, and tidy with their work. <br />"

"If you have foundation issues don’t waste your time calling anyone else! When the first gentleman came to look at the wall on a Saturday he was very professional. Two of my walls were in extremely poor condition and after talking to him he assured me that they can fix the walls after I had two other contractors in and they both told me I needed them rebuilt. I knew this was the contractor to get and I went into the office to sign the paperwork two days later. The crew came out a few weeks later and I cannot believe how professional and awesome the whole crew was! They showed up around 7 every morning and I cannot believe the work ethic they had, it completely went over my expectations! They talked to me every morning letting me know what was going to happen that day which I appreciated and if I ever had a question they would take time to answer it. I had wall anchors installed on four walls and waterproofing. I really feel that they went way above and beyond to get the job done CORRECTLY! I can’t speak highly enough for Matthews Wall Anchor! If I ever needed any type of this work done again I wouldn’t call anybody else. Please listen to my review and seriously consider them if you need any of their services. "<p>A+++ contractor: Honest, professional and pleasant.</p> <p>   We hired B. Davis Enterprises to complete a Breezeway and restore the cellar.  I had big plans for the cellar, but Mr. Davis crushed my dreams in that.  However, that was a good thing.  He could of done a few things and took away a few thousand dollars, but Brent gave me an honest evaluation that I would be throwing my money away if I touched the cellar.  Second, he could not in conscience do that job because it would have been a waste of money.  So we focused on the breezeway.  The final product came out beautiful and made a great small addition to our 19th century house.  He meticulously matched the paneling to the house and it looks great. Again totally honest and WILL NOT BUILD ANYTHING THAT VILATES CODE.  Yes, building to code may be a little more, but that may be the price to be honest.  </p> <p>    Brent also did a few small jobs at no cost to improve the beatification.  A great experience and we plan to use B. Davis Enterprises for our future upgrades. </p> <br />"

They recover slate from <br /> demolitions when available. <br /> Don't forget to ask them what else they can do while they're up on the roof..ended up w slate roof tune up inc repainting valleys, a new <br /> section of gutter, new rake aluminum siding, having the peak painted, and chimney repointed! all for around $2500. (Thier initial estimate just for the roof was $1200. Another contractor gave me an estimate of $1400 just fort he rake siding.) <br /> They did spot a divot on the porch roof, but they dont do asphalt shingles. <br /> They also traveled each of the 2 project days from Pennsylvania to Cleveland, Ohio. Surprised me that they were considered local. <br />"
