I take great pride in my work having done so for over forty years. During that time I learned that good communication between my customers and myself avoids most problems. The majority of my construction life, I built custom homes. Having built over 30 custom homes and countless additions, I am downsizing my business. At this point, I am looking for smaller jobs. Fortunately my experience as a licensed general contractor has allowed me to learn all aspects of construction. If you give me a chance you won't be disappointed. Thanks

We had work on an exterior wall, interior wall, sliding patio door replaced, new vinyl flooring by two doors, lots of wallpapering, and carpet replaced, requiring different workmen on different days, stretching the completion time over a few months."
