Tom was thoroughly responsive to those requests for information from the lender and did so in a timely manner. During the roof installation, Tom stayed in contact with me by phone to provide daily progress updates and scope of work updates. Since I live out of town, the communication provided during this entire process was absolutely necessary for me to get this done. I needed a contractor who I could communicate with and trust that things were getting done the way we agreed to and thankfully that company is Tops Roofing and Remodel.
